Description
The objective was to provide a unified approach that made ground level amenities a part of this very tall structure, the tallest in New Jersey. Using subtle shades of gray in the hard landscaping, the sidewalks and plaza areas were color matched to the exterior cladding of the building. The technique of sand blasting provided the variations in texture and pattern reflecting the building design scheme.
