Description
The designer's brief was to create a convincing, durable, yet cost-effective surface that would enhance the visitors' understanding of volcanic and tectonic activity.

Scofield LITHOCHROME Color Hardener treated with COLORCURE Concrete Sealer were specified to create the Color and texture of lava, forming a floor integrated with its surroundings. Using LITHOTEX Pavecrafters applied to the surface of the freshly-placed floor, the end result has a feeling of authenticity.
