The 20ACID Sprayer is a 2 gallon (7.6 liter) industrial
handheld sprayer specifically designed for acid applications. The 20ACID is manufactured using new acid-resistant seals and o-rings,
plastic and rubber compounds, plastic parts, and a PVC wand - all impervious to damage from acid solutions.
The 20ACID sprayer will not be damaged by muriatic (hydrochloric) acid, hydrofluoric acid, or phosphoric acids and therefore it can be
used for staining or etching concrete and masonry, dissolving rust or scale on metal surfaces, cleaning, degreasing, and removing
graffiti.
The 20ACID sprayer features the renowned SP Systems International repairable 12" compression pump module, a superbly engineered
pumping system that builds pressure faster with fewer strokes.
The 20ACID Spray gun is equipped with a filter and plastic spindle. This pump delivers a maximum 42 psi. The recommended working
pressure for the 20ACID is 15 - 42 psi.
The 59" rubber EPDM acid resistant hose drains from the bottom of the tank, another safety feature. The 20ACID has an extra wide
funnel tank mouth opening, especially important when working with acids. The wide tank mouth makes for filling of the sprayer much
easier and safer.
