SCOFIELD ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW WESTERN DIVISION MANAGER
LOS ANGELES, CA . . . L. M. Scofield Company has announced the appointment of Clark Branum as Western Division Manager - Training & Technical Support, effective February 4, 2008. Clark has more than 26 years' experience in the concrete industry, starting with entry-level curb and sidewalk finishing in Seattle area as well as commercial project work in Alaska and Washington for most of the 1980’s.
Clark has spent the last 5 years as the Director of Technical Services for Brickform where he was
responsible for developing and conducting their contractor and distributor training programs and
demonstrations including those in the international markets. He was also involved in new
products, development of technical specifications and technical support.
Currently on the Board of Directors for the American Society of Concrete Contractor's Decorative
Concrete Council (ASCC), Clark helps in developing position statements with other industry
experts, including the American Concrete Institute. These position papers are written by experts in
the industry to offer logistic support to contractors. He also is currently serving on two ACI
committees, 601-D New Certification for Decorative Concrete Finishers and C-310 Design &
Construction Practices Decorative concrete.
