The Promenade Shops at Clifton was a major, high-end new retail plaza of over 46,000 square feet of exterior concrete installation. The project combined an integrated design consisting of swirling patterns of colored concrete and various textures. The architect was Reztark Design Studio in Cincinnati.

CHROMIX® Admixtures for Color-Conditioned® Concrete was the integral color used in the designs, along with LITHOCHROME® Color Hardener in Beige Creme, Blue Smoke, Deep Charcoal, Terracotta and Pecan Tan. One band of integral colored concrete (CHROMIX Admixtures - Santa Fe Tile) was seeded with designer glass aggregates from Enviroglas. A contrasting band of integral colored concrete (CHROMIX Admixtures - Dark Grey) was delicately seeded with colored stone aggregate of various sizes.

The exterior crosswalks were originally designed with pavers but were replaced with stamped concrete applied over CHROMIX® Admixtures in Santa Fe Tile color.
